DGFC 2010 Football Festival - 19th and 20th June

WELCOME TO THE FESTIVAL OF FOOTBALL

19th and 20th June 2010

The Committe of Drayton Grange FC would like to welcome all players, officials and supporters to our annual Football Festival. We hope you will have an enjoyable tournament and look forward to a weekend of entertaining football.

Most of you will be associated with a Club embracing the principals of the FA's RESPECT campaign and we are no different at Drayton Grange. For the Festival we have made the conscious decision not to use the pitch barriers. The Festival has traditionally been a friendly venue where we have enjoyed a great two days and we want this to continue this year. So please help us by appreciating the endeavour of all players and enjoy the unique atmosphere generated by tournament football.

The Club has also traditionally used junior referees where possible. The Festival provides them with great experience that they can use during the regular season. Please recognise their efforts and ensure that they are treated with the respect they deserve.

Drayton Grange recognise that Clubs and families have a choice of which tournaments to attend during the summer and even more in the current financial climate. The Club has chosen to keep the entry fees to a minimum to ensure that every team has the opportunity to enjoy our Festival.

The Festival is only possible due to the hard work, commitment and support of the team of volunteers all of whom I would like to acknowledge and thank in advance.
